I'm debating on how to handle the differences in versions and files/options for the ini system. I think either a seperate page for each version, or a color-coded/seperate column for which options are supported/added/removed in various versions.
If you ask me, you shoul use the lastest officiel version only (v1.61), and maybe the lastet beta version (only if there are changes). Most would have version v1.61, because this is that version, you can download from mamewah.mameworld.net. There are no lonks to the betas, wich is a shame.
Your document should have a base for the officiel version, rather than beta version.
Otherwice you are right. Maybe you can move the page to the correct version.

I agree that for now it should remain just information for the official version, but I think temporarily all beta information should be moved to a seperate 'beta/wip' page, but I want to have it available for those that are using it, and also so it will be ready when the next official version is released.

Im my self "still" using the officiel version, because you need to register your self in the forum to download the beta. This it why, not many use it (it dosen't even show in the mamewah offiel page as well, wich is a shame). So for my options, use only final versions. The beta version seen to have taked the time.
Otherwice you are right. Beta/Wip page is a very good idea to cover all changes, that is made since the officiel version.
