Ponyboy is a BYOAC forum member who is a Happ distributor. Since he buys from Happ directly, he charges a reasonable amount for shipping. If ordering from Happ directly, the shipping costs can be prohibitive.

He will send you an e-mail with the shipping cost and total. You can Paypal him or send money. The stuff shows up.
